From Jun. 17th to Sept. 17th in 2021, three Chinese astronauts stayed in space for three months.

　　You may wonder how they kept healthy there.   1

　　Just as you can imagine,to keep healthy in space is not as easy as that on earth. During the three months in space, hey had to do exercise,eat healthy food and have physical examinations regularly.

　　In Tianhe's exercise area,there is equipment for the three astronauts to do exercise.  2 For example,when they got into space at first,they did moderate-intensity(中等強(qiáng)度的）exercise every day, which required about 60 to 80percent of the astronauts' maximum(最大的) strength.And the intensity gradually increased as their time in space progressed.  3  There was also a device(裝置) for the three astronauts to use to keep their muscles in a good condition.Experts on the ground could adjust the device according to their condition.

　　4  The astronauts had physical examinations every four to five weeks, including ultrasound(超聲）examinations and complete blood counts(全血細(xì)胞計數(shù)）.

　　5  They could choose from more than 120 kinds of high-quality and delicious space food. including  staple foods（主食），meat and vegetables.

　　Through the above-mentioned methods, the three astronauts stayed healthy and completed all the tasks successfully in space.
