Bulgarian Sinologist（漢學(xué)家）Hinov，49，died of COVID-19 on Jan 3.2022. He translated many works by famous 1 including Nobel Prize winner Mo Yan. Hinov's most 2 work is the four-volume(卷)A Dream of Red Mansions.It is the first time that the novel has been directly translated into Bulgarian 3 Chinese.

　　Hinov was born in Plovdiv in 1972. Like many people, he 4 to learn Chinese culture from kung fu movies. Before long, he had an interest in copying Chinese characters from a dictionary. He 5 himself Chinese in this way.

　　In 1992, he went to Sofia University as one of the first students 6 Chinese there. He expressed his 7 to translate A Dream of Red Mansions into Bulgarian at that time.
